Ground-up construction of a 5,270 square foot, single-story high-end Wagyu steakhouse. The restaurant features seating for 160 guests indoors and a covered outdoor dining area accommodating an additional 54 guests.

The space includes a custom-built, full-service bar, temperature-controlled wine cellar, premium commercial kitchen, and thoughtfully designed dining areas that balance luxury and comfort. High-end interior finishes, custom millwork, statement lighting, and carefully curated materials elevate the overall guest experience. This project reflects a seamless blend of architectural detail, structural coordination, and refined craftsmanship, delivering a sophisticated dining environment that aligns with the brand’s quality standards.
