ECUA – Carriage Hills Treatment Facility

The 20-Year Master Plan and Hydraulic Evaluation completed in 2003 by Hatch Mott MacDonald identified the long-term need to construct a water storage tank at the ECUA Carriage Hills Well site near Michigan Avenue and the Carriage Hill Apartments. This need was reaffirmed in the 2015 Master Plan. As a result, the ECUA Board approved the Carriage Hills Tank and Water Treatment Facility as a capital improvement project in its 2011 Budget, awarding the contract to Vision Construction Ent., LLC in October 2015.
