The Spearman Center

In the end of 2016, Vision Construction started the new 21,600 square foot building. Located in one of the only four gateways into Pensacola, The Spearman Center was the result of Vision Construction’s years of experience with another quality design-build project.

The building was named after the former Spearman Brewery, a Pensacola landmark that was in operation on the site from 1935 to 1965, and offers several units ranging in size from 1,500 to 10,000 square feet

The 22,000 square foot center will house the Taylor, Warren & Weidner, P.A. headquarters, as well as several retail and professional office spaces. The center will be located at the southeast corner of Main Street and Barrancas Avenue.
